SPA TERMS

Booking policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a reduction in the value of your gift voucher, if applicable. This is a strict policy and applies to all reasons for cancellation, including those beyond our or your control.

Please be aware that voicemails, emails, or messages sent outside of business hours do not qualify as a valid cancellation unless you have spoken directly with a team member. If you do not receive a response confirming your cancellation, your appointment will still be considered valid and the policy will apply.

Gift vouchers

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, 50% of your voucher value will be deducted.

Gift vouchers can be purchased either in-store or online. We also offer delivery by post (additional postage fees apply). Corporate gift vouchers are available for both pickup and delivery.

Please be aware that gift vouchers are non-refundable for cash, but may be used to purchase products or services. For your reference, we do not keep records of gift vouchers, so if lost, we are unable to recover their details.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and all major debit cards. Please note that any applicable surcharges for card payments, including American Express, are set by our bank and passed directly to the customer in accordance with bank and government regulations.


Treatments / Services Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to update our treatment menu, including services, pricing, and treatment durations, at any time and without prior notice. While we do our best to inform clients of any changes, annual price increases may occur and are sometimes beyond our control.

Please note that we rely on the accuracy of the contact details provided. In cases where clients have not supplied a valid email address or phone number, we may be unable to notify them in advance of changes affecting a booked service or a gift voucher purchased for a specific treatment.

If the price of a treatment has increased since the time of purchase or gifting, the client will be responsible for covering the difference—even if the voucher specifies a particular service.


Arrival & Consultation Policy

To ensure you receive your full allocated treatment time, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid impacting other guests’ appointments.

If you are visiting us for the first time, please allow extra time as we will need to collect personal details to tailor your spa experience to your individual needs.

Please note: A consultation form must be signed before any treatment is commenced. If the form is not signed, the Terms & Conditions of Elevate Hub’s Policies will automatically apply.

Spa Etiquette

Our mission is to create an environment of relaxation for all our guests. To help maintain this peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that all customers keep noise to a minimum, switch off their mobile phones and speak quietly. 

Parents, please note that we do not offer child-care services at Elevate Hub. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring a tranquil experience for all guests.

Health Considerations & Cancellation Policy 

We kindly ask that you respect our 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you find yourself unwell and unable to attend your appointment, we will do our best to fill your reserved time slot. If we are successful, we will happily refund your deposit.

However, if we are unable to fill your appointment, you will be responsible for 50% of the treatment cost. As a courtesy, Elevate Hub will cover the remaining 50% to accommodate you during this time.

Valuables / Liability Disclaimer

The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought onto the spa premises.

When making a booking or purchasing services or products through our website, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change, and Elevate Hub reserves the right to modify pricing or services at any time.

4. Privacy & Security
We value your privacy. Any personal data collected through our website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations, refunds, and deposits related to services purchased through our website.

6. Limitation of Liability
The management of Elevate Hub accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while using the website or receiving services. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on our website.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies and terms.

8. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
Elevate Hub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be reflected at the top of the page.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.


Legal Capacity To Transact / Age Restrictions

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place orders on the Elevate Hub website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are over the age of eighteen (18).

In the event that a transaction is made by a minor, Elevate Hub reserves the right to seek compensation for any damage or losses incurred as a result of the transaction from the parent or guardian of the minor responsible for the order(s).


Placing Your Order

By placing an order on the Elevate Hub website, you are making an offer to purchase services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Refunds or voucher cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase; after this period, it will be at management's discretion. A 10% transaction fee applies to all refunds.

Gift vouchers expire 3 years from the purchase date. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be presented for redemption. Vouchers cannot be used on days when we are closed and may be redeemed across multiple visits. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will forfeit the full voucher value.

Elevate Hub reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify content at its discretion. If we are unable to process or accept your order, we will contact you directly.

Skin Package & Service Bundle Policy

All skin packages and service bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. If a client is unable to fully participate in the package, the total balance may be broken up into individual services, excluding any discounts, free products, or services initially included in the package.

Please note that all policies including our 24 hour cancellation policy applies to any courses, skin packs or bundles are valid once purchased, paid for or booked in. 

Payment Methods And Processing

The Elevate Hub website currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and AfterPay.
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays. When Elevate Hub is closed for its annual Christmas holiday gift vouchers will not be processed during this period. They will be processed when we reopen for business in January. For credit card payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. 

Prices and GST

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST. Elevate Hub reserves the right to change prices for products and services displayed at Elevate Hub without notice. 

Our Liability

Elevate Hub shall not be held liable for any loss of income, profits, contracts, data, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, however arising—whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any product or service supplied, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.


Delivery Information

Elevate Hub uses Australia Post for all physical gift voucher deliveries. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary by location but are generally expected within 3 business days.

Please note that deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as postal delays are beyond our control.

During our annual Christmas closure, all gift voucher orders received will be processed once we reopen in January.
