Booking policy

24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit or the reduction in value of your gift voucher (if using one). This is a STRICT policy and includes all related reasons for cancelling that are outside of our control. 

Gift vouchers

If you cancel or move your appointment within 24 hours your voucher we will deduct 50% from its value.  You can purchase a physical voucher in store or you can purchase a voucher online. We can arrange for the gift voucher to be delivered by post (extra charge will apply for postage). Corporate gift vouchers are also available for pick up or delivery. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable for cash but can be used to purchase products and services. Records of Gift Vouchers are not kept by us, if they are lost, we are unable to locate the details. 


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and debit cards. We also accept American Express cards, all surcharges are passed onto the customer directly from our bank. 

Treatments / Services

We reserve the right to change our treatment menu and or services without notice including the price or duration of that treatment or service. If you Gift Voucher or previous cost of the treatment has increased you will be liable for the difference even if you have been gifted or purchased a specific treatment or service. 

Check in

In order to ensure you receive your full allocated treatment time, we suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are late your treatment time will be reduced to avoid inconveniencing other guests. If you are a first time customer as we will need to collect personal details from you in order to best tailor your spa experience.

Our mission is to create an environment of relaxation, so with this in mind, we request that all customers please consider the quiet and privacy needs of other spa customers by keeping noise to a minimum and turning off mobile phones. Parents please note that there are no child-care arrangements at elevate.

The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto the spa premises.

Legal Capacity To Transact

If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with the Elevate Hub website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should the Elevate Hub website suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor,Elevate Hub reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Elevate Hub online.

Placing Your Order

You may place an Order by completing the Checkout Process on the Elevate Hub website.  By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Services you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Refunds or voucher cancellations must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date otherwise it is at the complete discretion of management. All refunds will incur a transaction processing fee of 10% of the voucher value. All vouchers expire six months from the date of purchase. All services must be redeemed prior to this date by the original recipient of the voucher. The expiry date is clearly printed on the voucher. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or products and must be presented upon arrival at Elevate Hub to be redeemed. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will incur a $50 booking fee, no shows will forfeit their voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on a public holiday. Can be exchanged for any full-priced Elevate Hub treatment of the same value, or upgraded by paying extra. gift vouchers for day spa packages must be used in a single visit – if you split the voucher into multiple visits a top-up payment will be required to have the same treatments. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation and Tax Invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your payment has been processed. Elevate Hub and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email with the Tax Invoice attached. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.

Payment Methods And Processing

The Elevate Hub website currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and Paypal Accounts. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding NSW Public holidays. When Elevate Hub is closed for its annual Christmas holiday gift vouchers will NOT be processed during this period. They will be processed when we reopen for business in January. Dates are on our home page of our website. For credit card payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.

Prices and GST

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST. Elevate Hub reserves the right to change prices for products and services displayed at www.shambaladayspa.com.au at any time.

Our Liability

We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
Your Data – Use And Protection By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form for the purposes of processing your Order. If you so indicate on the appropriate section of your Order Form, by placing your Order you also agree that we may use such data, other than credit card details, in order to provide you with information from time to time on other Elevate Hub Products and Services that may be of interest to you. If you do not agree to our using such data in order to provide you with information on other Elevate Hub Products, you should indicate your non-agreement on the appropriate section of your Order Form. You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request. Please refer to our Privacy Statement.

Delivery Information

Elevate Hub uses Australia Post for delivery of Gift Vouchers. Most orders are processed, packaged and out the door within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary from state to state but will generally arrive within 3 working days. No deliveries are available on weekends and public holidays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We will do our best to deliver it on time. When Elevate Hub is closed for its annual Christmas holiday gift voucher orders received during this period will be processed when we re-open in January.
